We offer free standard domestic shipping in Australia.

Express shipping is available at the checkout for $10. 

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. This may vary for rural areas.

You can track your order with Australia Post. You will be emailed and issued with with a tracking number once your order has been processed.

Customers are responsible for all import duties or taxes. KORRFLEX will not be liable for duties or taxes charged by customs. Under no circumstance will KORRFLEX accept any orders returned due to rejection of customs charges.

 RETURNS

WE OFFER RETURNS ON FULL PRICED MERCH FOR STORE CREDIT BUT ONLY IF:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items are unworn or unused in their original packaging with tags still attached.

KORRFLEX WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF: 

Items are stained with foundation, fake tan, perfume etc.

Sale items cannot be returned

Store credits are valid for 1 year 

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please email us at sales@korrflex.com.au and we will issue a returns authorisation (RA) number. Please include your order number when emailing and reason for return and our team will be in touch with further details. 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your items back to KORRFLEX HQ.

We advise using a tracked shipping method as KORRFLEX is not responsible for any lost parcels.
